A LONG LIST OF SONGS NO ASKED FOR.

It's been a while. I know, I know I've missed you too. I've been in school and my phone doesn't work and wifi sucks but enough about me how are you? Okay more about me, nothing spectacular has happened since but I've had some pretty low points and I'm currently trying to climb up from one. Weird story. I just found out that my childhood friend and I live in the same apartment building. Really weird.

Also, I'm hopefully (not sure since I pissed off my dad) going to see some of my friends tomorrow

I think Sundays are beginning to be my favourite day of the week. I woke up at 2:).

First we went to my dad's friends party which was also a party for her daughter. It was odd because the whole party scene- the mc, the dancing competitions, the party packs- seemed all to familiar but so distant. I'm not trying to make something profound out of something so simple but damn there goes time again.

I've had a very busy past three days. On Thursday I went to my cousin's bay's naming ceremony and my other cousins wedding and I went for another cousins graduation. I have a lot of cousins.

It's been raining again and I love how it makes the sky look even though it makes the roads terrible.

Today was a homework day today but hardly did any homework. I need help.

Later in the evening took an hour long walk to the bridge and back with my dad and sister, we were sweating like [insert something that sweats alot].

My cousin came first thing in the morning so me and Femi could try on some dresses, for the wedding and other stuff, she designed. We needed more so we went to The Palms. We didn't find anything but we had some dessert in Chocolat Royale and it was pretty empty in fact the entire mall was pretty empty. It's a Monday I guess. Since we didn't see any dresses we went to Eko Market. It was traumatic. It wasn't the cat calls or the pulling and dragging of our clothes or the millions of people per square mile or the weird guy following us. It was the fact we were stuck in traffic for hours in a car with no AC and possibly 40°c outside. I promise I'm not being bratty or exaggerating it felt like the sun could melt human skin. Long story short, we found dresses anyway and got the hell out of there. 

Fun Fact: I stepped on a dead rat. Twice.

Very lazy Sunday as per usual in my Dad's. I really love his apartment. I have a great view of Lagos. There's so much art.  I have my own room. I'm just happier generally, 

In the evening we went to our cousin Remi's house and I can't believe how much we're all growing I remember when she used to come over to our old house in Cameron Road during Christmas and she played with us and she only watched MTV and sometimes my dad made her cry when she got bad grades and now she's a fashion designer and she's getting married in two weeks and it's just wow. Life is fast.
